Bug fix - Collisions through portals

Fixed a bug where if an obstacle was on a portal's destination portal, the player would still be allowed to use the portal.

This would cause the player to be stuck in the obstacle that was obstructing the destination portal.

Now, the player will not be teleported when colliding with a portal whose destination portal is obstructed by an obstacle.
